Stages
We utilize heavy-duty Bil-Jax products to erect stages for special events and functions. Stages are comprised of 4’ x 4’ sections configured in any multiple of 4’. Stages require a relatively flat surface for construction. We offer stairs that can be affixed to any part of the stage as well as stage skirt (navy blue or black) to cover the stage legs. We can place tents of varying sizes on top of the stage as well as hang backdrops behind the stage using our structure systems.
Listed below are typical stage sizes:
- 4’ x 8’
- 8’ x 12’
- 8’ x 16’
- 12′ x 24′
- 16′ x 24′
- 24′ x 32′
The most common stage height is 30″. Lengths also available are 4″, 8″, 12″ and 22″.
Scaffolding
We have a large inventory of industrial grade scaffolding. The scaffolding can be used as the vertical component of the start/finish line structures as well as platforms for sound system speakers. We also have posts and railings so that they can be used as announcer platforms. Each bottom section is equipped with levelers (which can add up to 6” of height) so that the scaffolding can be adjusted for the terrain. The sections can be placed on top of one another to reach a maximum height of 10 ½’. 5′ x 5′ x 5′ scaffolding is most commonly used for speakers and start/ finish structures.
